If you’re a new or potential client and are interested in our Managed Services, please contact us for a free on-site consult and audit. We’d like to see what shape you’re in to create a special plan for you. If you’re not looking for Managed Services, that is OK too! Fast Break Tech is also available on an hourly or project basis. There are three ways for support:
Remote Support Over the Internet
Safe, quick way to enable our technicians to help you remotely over the Internet. This takes less than five minutes of your help, and we’ll have control of your mouse and keyboard to fix your problem instantly.
On-Site Support
#1 preferred service for both our clients and technicians. If the problem is hardware related, we generally have the necessary hardware or tools to correct it on the spot. On-site support enables us to multi-task on more than one system in your network. Two- hour minimum service calls are scheduled for clients not on a support package.
Drop-Off Support
If you’re a home user and work during the day, dropping your system off at our office could be the quickest way to have it serviced. $25 pickup/drop-off option also available to pickup from your work. If there are lengthy process that need to be done, you are not billed for the time it takes to complete its task. We have technicians available Mon-Fri from 8am – 5pm to accept your system. Please still coordinate with us so we can be ready for you.

After consultation, Fast Break Tech installed a Cisco phone system with a button for each client. They rolled in the existing phone numbers from each carrier, including a specialized toll-free number, so those individual bills went away and all is managed now on one phone with one account.
We investigate the origin and cause of fires… real fires. On the flip side, Fast Break Tech protects and prevents us from technology fires. Since 2012 Steven and his team re-built our entire infrastructure with new computers, new server, faster network, and in June 2016 VoIP phone service. It made financial sense to close our physical office space and go virtual.
As a small non-profit, we were seeking a reasonably priced solution for our phones that would allow us to grow. FBT recommended a VoIP system. In the spirit of full disclosure, there were a few hiccups as we got started, mostly related to internet service issues. Fortunately, FBT was there to make sure those were all ironed out, and we’ve been happy since.
